Shouht does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months and do not intend to sell personal information.
We may share certain identifiers and internet activity information with advertising partners (Google AdMob/AdSense) for the purpose of displaying personalized advertisements when you have not opted out. Under the CCPA, this may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. If you opt out, eligible ad placements use non-personalized or contextual ads instead.

You have the right to request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. You can delete your account and associated data through Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app.
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information. You can update most of your information directly in the app settings.
You have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 6 above for opt-out methods.
We only use your precise geolocation (sensitive personal information) for the purposes of providing our location-based services, which you have consented to. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, provide a different quality of service, or retaliate against you for exercising your rights.

When you delete your account, we remove your personal information from our active systems. Some information may be retained in backup systems for up to 30 days, and certain records may be retained longer for legal compliance.
Shouht does not knowingly collect personal information from California residents under 16 years of age. Our service requires users to be at least 13 years old, and we collect date of birth to verify age eligibility.
We do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
We may update this California Privacy Notice from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this notice and, where appropriate, through the app or via email.
